An employee dropped laundry at their cleaners on Friday by mistake, total price was not given, After they have washed - dried - and threw a large amount of laundry in bags, clothes are all wrinkled, half are not folded, they demand we pay them nearly $700 (3-4 times anyone in the area) we have received multiple amounts now, $496, $595, $632, and now nearly $700… if we do not pay them, within 3-4 hours of them saying they did the service, they are giving our clothes to goodwill. They took the clothes to their home to complete it? They did not say they were done until 2pm today, and said if we didn’t pay the nearly $700 by 6pm they were going to do this. Cops say it is a civil matter ofcourse and are not helping, as plainview employees smirk and laugh… it’s incredible.. business is a scam
