We took our first family vacation (with 4 little kids under the age of 10) with our brand new Jayco Travel Trailer and we were headed to TN from IL. Along the way our leaf spring broke on one of our axles. After spending 9 hours on the phone with our warranty companies and different towing companies, being told they couldn’t tow us because we were too big and telling us it would be 2-3 weeks to get the parts and fix us up, we came across their company.Mike was a lifesaver! I had a dent on my trailer door I call many places they keep telling me the door had to replace when I call pendleton trailer repair they told me they can repair the door so I drove there in 4-5Hrs the door was fix. They charge me $350 the others places wanted $1500 to replace a door that could’ve fixed smh. Thanks to Pendleton for got me right. Best trailer repair shop in Louisville,KY
