Jenna at Pelo West took my hair from drab to fab (I’ve just been wanting to say that) Seriously - it was a big change and she listened well, looked at my photos, chose one and explained how it would be for my face, and then the process was fantastic. She made sure I was pleased with every little strand before we were done and gave me so many styling tips. The salon is beautiful and serene. 10/10

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience provided by Pelo West. We had trouble getting to the spa due to an accident on the interstate, and they were so understanding and accommodating. The staff we encountered were wonderful, and my masseuse, Kate, did amazing work. I highly recommend!
