I would give and rate Pelo Beauty Collective 10 + stars if I could! This location at the Galt House 17th floor is Beyond " Tremendous! I thought I was a Hollywood star getting off the elevator!! Seriously! Then after getting my hair done on my Birthday for a Gala that evening I left feeling like a Hollywood star!! If you havent gone to visit them and get a service I highly recommend you do!! After you do and EXPERIENCE the salon and your treatments by all I guarantee it will be your salon of choice going forward for all your beauty and self comfort.... They will make you feel Beyond words and Beautiful !

I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Moving from out of town to Louisville, it took 10 months and after 3 bad to mediocre experiences with other salons, I found Kaitlyn and Pelo beauty collective. The environment is welcoming and unique but even more so, the customer service goes above and beyond. Kaitlyn is a true professional & wildly talented. Providing the best consultative advice ensuring that both the quality and results of my hair exceed expectations.

Pelo is amazing! Kaitlyn has created the most relaxing, cool and inviting atmosphere. All of the personal touches and intentional designs have come together to make it the most unique salon I’ve ever been to! I can’t forget to mention how incredible Kaitlyn is behind the chair. She has nailed my highlights, color changes and haircuts perfectly! I always leave beyond impressed with her work!!
