Had an unexpected power outage at my house recently, and when the power came back on, my computer wouldn't power up. A friend of mine suggested Chris and his business, and after seeing the great reviews, I called him up. It was late on a Friday, so I was hoping to set something up the following week. He immediately responded to me, came over that night and had my computer working, updated, and back to me the following day. All the while he kept me updated with texts. I would highly recommend Chris's business for any computer needs.
We called and found a date and time to get the computer. He came and picked it up early. Called the same day and gave his diagnostic on it and recommended another business if I wanted a second opinion. I’m pretty good with technology but couldn’t find the problem even after going through all the stuff online. Within the same day he found solutions and the prices for them were reasonable. 10/10, I couldn’t find a reason to give him less than 5 stars even if I wanted to.
