I left my military flight jacket for them to clean. I was worried I would get it back damaged. I've had it a long time.
They texted me a couple days later saying it was done. It looks fantastic.

It was my first time and I have never used an automated service before as I usually have my military uniform dry cleaned at Ft Knox. The worker was very sincere and patient with me on explaining the process and their operating times. Very quick work and loved the notifications keeping me updated while the work was completed, I will definitely return.

The women associates are very polite, helpful and understanding that I am not pleased that my black dress coat continues to have lint on it after it is dry cleaned. I took my coat back to Nu-Yale on 02/12/24, and I was advised that my coat would be recleaned at no additional cost to me.
