Norton Sleep Center - Newburg

First time patient of Dr. Kathryn Strait last in March of 2025. The consult visit went well but I left with a lot of questions about next steps. Unfortunately, over the next several weeks I would spend much time calling and emailing their office staff regarding the results of my home study. The level of miscommunication, clear incompetence, and lack of service has been insulting. I have been a long time patient of Norton Audubon Physicians as a group. To date I have never received a call back from my doctor. In this case, my medical care and health concerns were not prioritized. I would not recommend for new patients.

I highly recommend the NORTON SLEEP CENTER. I'm under the excellent care of Dr. Chandiramani at the center's Newburg Road office, where I've been a patient for years.

Everyone at the sleep center provides OUTSTANDING, considerate care. They listen...and explain things clearly, patiently and simply.

Appointments are handled in a timely way, and the offices are top-notch.

I'll add that it's a big advantage to see a Norton sleep care provider, since my primary care physician -- Dr. Rachel Busse -- is part of the Norton network.

Nina was wonderful with me thru my sleep study experience. Dr Kramer is very personable, he cares about his patients, and gives you full information, explaining everything, and answers all questions you have. I highly recommend him.
