It started off nice.... They referred me to the Ohio Pain Center which has been great. They changed my meds per request as what I was on was leaving me exhausted during the day. That was taken care of on the first visit. The next two visits cost over $800 and nothing was done. Apparently, they don't document what was discussed and don't do as they say they will. I am in a job that has me working with 4-5 monitors during the day. That is a lot of head turning from the left and to the right. Adam is literally the worst provider I have seen in my life. Had an appointment got sent for an mri and was told I was basically old (was unaware that 38 was old) and I could deal with my pain. I’ve asked several follow up questions to his assistant or whoever makes the results calls and still don’t have answers to my questions. If you are in pain literally go anywhere else but here.

So… their poor rating is justified. If you’re suffering from a back injury go somewhere else. Poor customer service, you’ll wait forever for appointments and they could care less how long you’re in pain while you’re waiting. 6 weeks to be seen, 6 weeks for the MRI, 4 weeks for a follow up, 6 weeks for the first epidural… 15 days worth of gabapentin. I hope everyone involved gets a herniated disc L5 S1 so they can have some idea of what their patients are experiencing.
