i've had a plumbing company out for a couple of service calls, and each time they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. on the most recent visit, julian came by for routine tankless water heater maintenance and did a thorough flush and inspection. while the system was being serviced, he also took a little extra time to point out a few plumbing and hvac items we should keep an eye on so our water heater, drains, and overall home systems keep running smoothly. i really appreciated that added help and the clear explanation. he answered our questions in simple terms and made the whole appointment feel efficient and low stress. it's always a pleasure working with julian, and i plan to use them again for future plumbing, water heater, and hvac service.
We had been dealing with a major sewer line problem for weeks in Louisville. What first looked like a small sewer backup in the basement turned out to be much bigger. The inspection showed very old clay drain pipes that were cracked, offset, and separated in places, which led to a long blockage under the house and across the front yard. A couple of plumbers had to clear and hydro jet the sewer line before the full problem could even be found. I was a little concerned at first about whether Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters would handle service in my area, but that turned out not to be a problem. They did solid plumbing and water heater work at a better price than the bigger corporate companies. I really liked the personal touch of having me look over the completed job and making sure everything was working right before they left. I have used them for hot water heater replacement, heating-related service, and other home plumbing needs, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. I would definitely call them again.
