She ask me what I was feeling like getting. She listen to me try to explain what I was looking for. Haven't gotten my hair touched by a salon in a long time. So her listening and giving me advice and what she thought my hair needed was amazing. My hair feels so nice and feeling the air in my head is so amazing. So light too. I received a great haircut, highlight and style. Carter was nice enough to let me come back in for a different cut and style. This time I brought pictures which really helped. I love my hair and I have style now. Carter did an amazing job, so glad I met her, she's really fun and energetic. The Neatbeat staff and Owner really do care about their customers satisfaction, and they helped me gain the look and confidence I needed. I'm so happy with my new hair and I look so much better thanks to Neatbeat :)
