When we moved to the first floor, we wanted our small (40 sq feet) bathroom to be more functional and fitting of the space. This required some custom builds due to the small size and odd layout. Monarch helped us each step, and helped with custom glass, and a custom built vanity to maximize utility. They even helped redo the layout. We now have a gorgeous, tile bathroom that meets our needs as a full first floor bathroom. The before and after pics say it all.

I brought Tim in to fix some damage on an insurance claim. He made sure to not only fix the damages, but make the entire room look good. Also found some damage I missed in another room. Really appreciate all the great work he and his crew did!
