Mike's Carwash is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1948. They offer exterior-only car washes and pride themselves on providing a quick and clean service. The car wash has multiple locations across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Some customers have praised the helpful staff and affordable prices. On the other hand, some customers have reported dissatisfaction with the quality of the car wash, especially the wheel cleaning system, and noted that vacuums are not free, costing an extra $2.00 to use. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the friendly staff and the high quality of service when the wash works properly. Customers with large trucks have found that the most expensive wash options can look like a hands-on detail, with tire shine that appears done by hand. The staff is often praised for being polite and helpful, making the experience positive when everything goes smoothly.
Friendly greeting by Jaydon!! He reviewed the options with me and I decided on the Ceramic option.
The attire of the attendants were professional and neat. I appreciate a business and their employees looking as such.
The car is shining!!
Thank you!!
The wash quality is generally good, and the process doesn’t take long. Customer service is fine, though it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, a reliable option for routine car washin
Staff is nice but they never spray the back of the car and my car always comes out only partially clean plus you have to pay for vacuums. There’s better value car washes in the area with better results
