Tim Kelty is a very skilled massage therapist who really holds space for your wellbeing. when I leave I feel transformed!! my body is nourished and relaxed so it can do its own self healing… highly recommend him! Lovely space and environment too.
Anthony is a top notch therapist. Not only does he excel in making his clients feel comfortable and safe, he has an excellent array of knowledge in injury treatment. He genuinely cares about who he works on and has a natural healing energy. I look forward to more sessions here. Metta is gorgeous and clean. Location is easy to find, lots of parking. Also the most cozy massage table I have ever been on! 10/10 ?
During my first pregnancy, I had carpal tunnel syndrome. After I gave birth, I saw Anthony at Metta. After three sessions, my symptoms went away.
In my second pregnancy, I started seeing Anthony early. The carpal tunnel symptoms returned late in my third trimester but went away quickly after I had my baby.
I highly recommend Anthony. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and he made a real difference during both of my pregnancies!
