I’ve been going to KHC since early 2025. Friendly, professional audiologists and staff who helped me select the best hearing aids for my needs; explained how to use, maintain, and adjust them; met with me frequently at the beginning; and have tested and adjusted them as needed since then. It might be more expensive than a big box store, but I’m very happy with their services and the quality of my assisted hearing. They have my recommendation for audiology services and hearing aids.
In my experience, they are the best in Louisville. Starting with the receptionist, friendly, listening to you, and trying to help. I only have experience with one of the audiologist, Katie. She goes out of her way to map your processor so you get the best sounds possible. I would recommend anyone having difficulty hearing, make an appointment with KY Hearing Clinic.

Urgent visit with Louisville Family Audiology Clinic - hearing aid & cochlear processor malfunctioning. They took care my issues very quickly. Supplied me with a loaner hearing aid, a loaner processor battery, phone number for cochlear company to request replacement batteries covered by warranty, and sent my hearing aid for service. Excellent response to my predicament. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty.
