I got late for 2 hours
Kroger has 2 hours rule if u got late . So my appointment was 19:30 , they took my load 21:28 . It was Saturday night . They gave me door immediately . Got empty and my paperwork 12:30am . They do not have overnight parking lot , i found big warehouse zone 3 minutes a way . I stayed there over 20 hours nobody complained ( Sunday )
For OTR deliveries, look for Gate 1 as the entrance (green), stop at the stop sign, turn right then park on the left (yellow), put on a safety vest and walk BOLs to guard shack (red) entrance to the guard shack is behind it facing the fence.
Guard will take your phone number (no license is needed) and have you wait for a call with a door number.
No overnight parking. You can get here 2hrs before your appointment. I got here at 4:15am for a 5:30am appointment. Its currently 5:08am and I paid my lumper and I have a green light. I just got my paperwork back. Unload time wasn’t bad at all.
