The Kia Service Center has received mixed reviews. Some customers experienced long wait times, even with appointments, and felt that services were not fully completed. However, others had a positive experience, with one associate, Tera, providing excellent communication and service. A third customer appreciated the personable staff and timely service, expressing overall satisfaction.
Went to see Ron last week and he helped me so much to find a car I wanted (type) and helped find a car I could afford. Went back today and got the same car! Not even done with day one and I’m so in love with it! He was super friendly and made me feel comfortable and not pushed to jump on a car I didn’t fully like. Not to mention he went out of his way to make my first car purchase easy and help me not be so anxious. Again Ron, thank you so much for everything!!!!
