I would like to first start off by saying that Dr. Hurt and Jamal in Optical are AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and both answered any question I had. Even talking with the scheduler on the phone was a pleasant experience! She was super nice and made sure my insurance was up to date.BUT, this was my first time at KY Eye Care and sadly this experience was sullied by the unnamed tech who took my prescription, got my info, and dilated me. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or else I would name drop, but she has blonde hair, glasses, and the WORST attitude I have ever come across. I have never been treated like less than a human being. She was rude and not personable...read full review

Today I had my first appointment with Kentucky Eye Care. All the staff was amazing Dr Hurt did a very thorough examination and actually addressed all my concerns and advised me of the best treatment on how to correct my vision!

The staff were wonderful Dr Mark ihnen and other 2 doctors made be comfortable with the surgery I would go to them again i great staffs thank you staffs for taking care of me and making comfortable Patti Geraghty
