We just moved to the La Grange, KY area. When our AC stopped working we called John Waters. They sent John A. out right away. He arrived when they said he would and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We also called John Waters for some electrical work and they sent Drew. He listened to what we needed and did a great job, even cleaning up afterwards. I recommend them highly for both electrical and HVAC. They also service our GENERAC whole house generator. They are conscientious, efficient, knowledgeable, show up on time, warranty their work and do a great job overall. Annual maintenance on my Generac whole house system. The tech who came to do the annual maintenance was extremely polite, covering his shoes before coming inside, and did all the things, like changing spark plugs, he was supposed to do.
I can't speak highly enough about these guys. They were so kind, attentive and quick with everything they did. John, Mike and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with and we found their prices very fair. WONDERFUL!
