The staff was super friendly and treated my sweet boy (Mayhem) so well. They really went all in on trying to find out what his issue was. After every test, with no answers; they did not give up. They started trying to narrow down the issue and did not give up. He had a small stay of about 5 days in total, and the staff constantly updated me throughout his stay. His illness really seemed to be a death sentence, but after trying a medicine they don’t typically use, he began improving so quickly. I have mixed emotions about this place, so I’ll give it three stars with hesitance. I brought my five year old female cat here last week. I got home after work and noticed a change in her behavior and the nearest place to me was closed, hence this being our choice to take her. To make a long story short, she was diagnosed with a pyometra. They charged me $250 to get her seen, and then used that money to go towards her “treatment” LOL! Emergency blood work was the only thing done. A prescription of medications were given, and paid for, within that same dollar amount. Our 15 yr old boston Petri is in palliative care and Jefferson took such great care of him. He barks ALOT and the solution was him papoosed like a baby lol. To say they care and took great care of him is an understatement. We have trusted them many times with our fur babies and they are always compassionate and there for us.
