The yoga classes are wonderful. Very welcoming to beginners. I went while I was pregnant (until just a few weeks before I delivered) and found it so helpful for staying healthy! Shelly was very knowledgeable and helpful about adjustments and I always felt so much better after class!
Attending the Elephant Paint Party at Lotus Wellness Center taught by Shelly Werts was FANTASTIC! The class was organized. The instructor was thorough & extremely helpful leading by example in a step- by-step approach. It was so much FUN!
I first connected with this center when I was in my darkest days. Shelly became my therapist and I can say with full confidence she helped save my life. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years. I feel supported and like I’m in good hands. Not only do they have such wonderful therapists they have reiki massage therapy yoga yoni steaming and more. This center is truly for health for the whole body. I love this place!
