Greatly enjoyed meeting Jim. We had our pipes burst and 3 story flood on Christmas Eve. Jim was the first to respond and was at our home by 8am. His knowledge and professionalism is obvious as he walked around to analyze the damage with high tech water meters. He identified areas of the highest priority and got fans on them right away. Jim was phenomenal and I will be recommending him to anyone that needs mold damage taken care of.He was very informative of everything we needed done by the construction crew and that we were asking the right questions from our insurance in order to help us know this whole process was being taken care of correctly.Jim was accommodative of my wife's and my schedules, as well as the schedules of the construction crew that was removing our floors.
