Our sister passed away on Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. Funeral Director Laura immediately went into hyper-service mode w/ helping our family weave through the multiple options facing us. Not wanting an elaborate funeral we were pleasantly presented with more reasonable options w/o hesitation. Cannot say enough good things about Highlands or Laura. She was an Angel when we needed one the most.

Had to unfortunately have my kitten cremated after somebody had ran over him with their car. The guy who I dropped him off with was compassionate and made the process easy as it could be. The prices are very reasonable. The box/urn i got with my fur babies ashes was very nice , including the nose print and paw prints . It only took a couple days to get my little dash back. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a pet cremated due to their compassionate employees, decent prices and quick turn around.

The arrangements and memorial service were all taken care of wonderfully... read full review
