“We have a cellar entrance in the middle of our kitchen floor. The original access required two people to lift, and access to the cellar was dangerous. Joe B., our expert on the scene, replaced the hatch with one we found with hydraulic lifts, so now I can lift it with one hand. the actual entrance is easy to get down. In addition, Joe cleaned up everything and left the kitchen and cellar in great shape! I would definitely recommend Louisville Handyman & Remodeling.“

“Excellent handyman service. The handyman made efficient use of his time and did several projects in the small amount of time I scheduled, was polite, professional, and didn't try to upsell me. I liked that I was able to get a ballpark estimate before my appointment by emailing photos and the estimate was spot on. I REALLY liked the attention to detail and how well the handyman cleaned up after he was done (wow!). When it comes time to do my kitchen remodel, I'll be contacting them to use their remodeling service.“

From the estimate to job completion, the crew and managers were amazing- I’d like to give a special kudos to Kory, Stan, and Curtis for their thoroughness and professionalism. They were precise to a T and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Anna and Tiffany in the customer service department were godsend when faced with a challenging issue (from one of my neighbors, not related to the crew). I’ve attached photos of the work and would like to make note we asked for “pretty side in” on several areas due to neighboring property.

The price of the work was well worth the finished fence/gates and extremely reasonable for the physical product and labor. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, that’s what I would give them. “We had our roof estimate given us a year ago by Mark Moran and then things happened preventing us from getting it done at that time. I had 2 other estimates at the same time. Forward a year and we decided to get it done. I called all three again and Alliance and Mark was not only great to deal with he stood by his previous estimate.
