I was walking in my neighborhood last fall when I first saw the plumbing truck parked in a driveway. H2O! I laughed hard to myself. They were hilariously named after the main refrain from one of my favorite movies: The Waterboy. I doubted that any plumber could be as dependable as Adam Sandler’s beloved Bobby Boucher. A couple months later my water heater of over 20 years started leaking. Then tragedy: My favorite plumber of over 20 years retired. Who could I trust? We got excellent service from Tom Jones. He installed a new sump pump the day I called, for a quarter of the price quoted by another local plumbing company. He gave us great tips not only for the sump pump but also to lengthen the life of our water heater. I’ll never use anyone else!
Had a fantastic experience with H2O. We had guests arrive out of town and had a major pipe issue that needed resolving asap. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and did amazing work. Very friendly, reliable, and prompt. All around great service and will be using for all future needs.
