I had a really good experience with Greg today. He was very through and went out of his way to make sure I understood the couple flagged items he found and the operation of a device I didn’t have prior experience with. Two thumbs up.

Reviews
Greg was outstanding. We walked through the home together and he pointed out every single detail that you would want in a home inspection. As a first time buyer, Greg taught me about key aspects of home ownership and maintenance. I would recommend Greg to anyone needing an inspection. We will be using him again for any future inspection needs.
Billy and Rico were excellent from start to finish. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what they were seeing during our inspection. The report was detailed, clear, and came with helpful photos that made it easy to understand what needed attention.
We felt much more confident moving forward because they caught both the bigger items and the smaller things that could turn into issues later. I would absolutely recommend Billy, Rico, and Jones & Cooper Home Inspections to anyone buying a home.
