Called to schedule a repair, requested a courtesy call prior to arrival as they charge destination fees. Didn't get a call, repair man showed up and didnt do anything but my business still got charged. I specifically requested a courtesy call to avoid the fee as I had scheduled other technicians. This company is a scam. They get a hold of your credit card, and rip you off. They came to my restaurant, misdiagnosed a problem and tried to sell me a new motor for my dishwasher, when it was a minor problem. Then, I get a bill for over $250. Do not use this company!Service: Washing machine repair
