AC froze up on hottest day of the year. Mark was at my house the next morning. 22 year old AC unit and decided to go ahead and get a new one. Next week came out to install. They found leaks and cracks in heat transfer unit causing carbon dioxide leakage into the house when furnace was on. Mark sent pictures of cracks. Their inspection of unit could have saved my family's life. Needless to say we replaced the furnace.
