On a flight, I had a saline nasal spray unintentionally spill in my bag and it got absorbed by my macbook air, and it made the screen completely blotchy. I reached out to Gene during the flight to see if he might be able to fix it, and he was extremely clear with what could be wrong, set perfect expectation and then was able to fix this before work the next morning. You can see the screen perfectly and his expediency, honesty, professionalism and work ethic means I will go nowhere else for whenever I have an issue with my laptops and potentially any other electronic repairs.
Gene was extraordinarily helpful to someone like me who is computer challenged. He fixed our computer and explained everything that was going on. He was reasonable priced and I would totally recommend.
