I had a great experience with Gene! I had a computer that was 12 years old and I needed a new one to accommodate Windows 11. Not only did Gene match a price for a computer at a local outlet, , but only charged me a very reasonable $250 to transfer data from the old computer to the new computer. In fact, he CLONED the information -- or, at least 80% of it -- and manually provided the rest of the data that I wanted transferred. Was anxious at first to get outside help with my Computer but “Fix Louisville Computer Repair” he put all my worries at ease and then some. He was very thorough with his diagnostic and even then tripled checked his work with updates every step of the way. Highly recommend
My pc was having disk problems and Gene was able to replace it and help with any issues I had! After bringing home my pc with a new disk, I then started having gpu issues. Gene was very quick to respond and helped me troubleshoot and fix the issue!
