I had never seen this doctor before. He was the nicest man you could ever meet.
He was very polite and very respectful. He did his exam and developed a treatment plan. He told me what the treatment plan was and shook my hand and said he wanted to see me in 2 weeks. My time from entry into the office until I left was about 40 minutes. Not bad for a new patient exam.
Great staff, the office isn't managed that well. You are left on hold for a very long time. After being on hold for15 minutes a message came on and said I could leave a call back number. Why not have this message in the beginning. They did eventually call back after an hour.
The doctor's are great! My husband has great doctors Dr Malone, and Dr. Kartha. However, the phone service is not good. Calling is such a pain to get a message though. Call the main office to only have to do the call back service and wait hours for a call back. Then get a call back and explain what is needed to only get transferred and hung up on or get a voicemail that doesn't take voicemails. It's really annoying.
