I wanted to like this salon but the service was not it today. First I want to say, I understand people have off days however this feels like a joke. There’s literal nail glue stuck to my skin right now. There’s chunks of built up glue or could be acrylic under my nail bed. My cuticles weren’t touched or cut and one of my nails was put on diagonal. My nails look so janky. :( And, everytime I tried to kindly bring these concerns to the lady’s attention, she would get annoyed and roll her eyes at me. I’m very disappointed with my service today, and I don’t ever write reviews.
Tina is absolutely the best. She's quick and does amazing art work..I never have had any trouble keeping my nails on and always bet the best compliments. She has a great personality and makes you feel relaxed and wanting to come back. In fact I'm going to see her tomorrow..Services: Nail polish changes
6/24/22; It's a walk-in only salon (they will accommodate appointments on Monday only), no prices are posted nor discussed, could have asked but was presuming being comparable to most other shops. (And it was, $65 for both)
Was told to sign in, pick a color and take a seat in a pedicure chair. I did advise I wanted dip or gel on my nails and acrylic pedicure.
They do NOT have the sets of dip / acrylic polishes As you can see in photos they do not match. They picked dip to match my acrylic choice.
