Despite what other reviewers have said I had a good experience with fast response. I had warranty work done through them via AMH. They replaced the compressor in my AC unit. Part was ordered and delivered in the time frame they had given me. My tech, Dakota was professional and friendly. The work area was also left clean no wire clippings etc. Compressor was installed and working perfectly in an hour. I would use them again without hesitation.
