Most of the operators are very knowledgeable and do good work. I think they need a highly motivated,creative owner to employ a manager who can teach customer service, who can make the operators aware of giving attention to their client as well as care for customer comfort. Sams needs a good facelift and demonstration of how to make customers feel welcome. Never thought Sams would show such lack of customer appreciation by letting customers wait for service over 30 minutes! Great bunch of stylists here. First visit at this location and we’ll definitely be back! There is a vending area for snacks while you wait or while you color is setting, large selection of products available, clean shop and great hair for a great price! Thanks y’all!
