I made an appointment online. Received a confirmation email as well as a reminder email the day of. I drove from the PRP area out to St. Matthews for the appointment to find the doors locked and no one here. I call the number 3 times with no answer and finally get a text back telling me they can’t talk. I explain that I’m here for my appointment and that the doors are locked just for her to tell me she’s closed today? She says she can do my lashes another day but that she’s closed today and I should’ve contacted her? I thought that’s what I did when I made an appointment.. So now I’ve wasted over an hour of my day driving back and forth for nothing.. ridiculous!

ASK AND MAKE SURE OF LICENSING!! INSURANCE!! WAIVERS!! CERTIFICATIONS!! MAKE SURE THEY ARE LEGAL AND LEGIT !!! Have to get tatto removal she hasn't responded! 0 stars! Had to put one to leave review!! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!
