We have been working with Envision IT for a number of years. They are quick to communicate and are a pleasure to work with. We've never had an issue getting in contact with them whenever the need has arisen. We highly recommend them.

I am not the most computer savvy individual, so imagine my horror when I discovered my business laptop had been so crippled by viruses and malware, that I was no longer able to turn it on. As I stare at the blank screen, my entire professional life flashing before my eyes, I contacted Envision IT. I had hopes that the hard drive would be able to be restored, but I was not anticipating much good news. I was able to connect with Nathan that same afternoon to drop it off. Imagine my delight when he called me the very next day to tell me that my laptop was not only working, but running more efficiently than if it were new! He did not just stop with updating my outdated virus protection, he also backed up my hard drive and gave me valuable advice on how to prevent issues in the future. When the bill came, I was expecting something much higher. Seriously, he saved months of work I'd thought was toast, provided me with invaluable guidance, and fair pricing?!? Heaven. A few months later, my laptop overheated and my keyboard was on the fritz. I did not hesitate to call Nathan @ Envision IT, and within an hour of dropping it off he was able to work his magic and have me back up and running. I have been unbelievably impressed by my experience with Envision IT. It is a pleasure to do business with such a friendly and knowledgeable professional. I really appreciate how he took the time to explain all of the issues to me so I can prevent these situations in the future--and he did so without all of the jargon and tech-talk. Clearly, that would be lost on someone who does not possess the sense to not leave a powered-on laptop sitting on a bed for days at a time.
