My family spoke to Mr. Bob Eldridge for a good length of time on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Homearama 2025. Though we are not in the market for a new home it was wonderful speaking to him, learning about him, his family, and the Eldridge Design/Build Company. Our son, Nathan (13), enjoys seeing Homearama homes, has a potential architect mind, and his favorite house this year was Eldridge’s Hope Hill house!
The Eldridge team built us our dream home! From the onset, they listened to what we wanted in our home and, through their knowledge, expertise and professionalism, transformed our thoughts and ideas into reality. My husband and I first met The Eldridges before the pandemic. We were looking to work with builders that saw Louisville differently. We wanted a builder with vision to produce a contemporary and modern structure. We chose wisely. We have now been in our home for almost a year, and we love it. The process was not easy, as we began construction during the pandemic, which meant sky rocketing costs. But throughout the process we were able to partner with Chris and his team to construct a home that was essentially what we expected from the beginning without sacrificing quality and staying close to budget. We hope to build with them again in the future.
