I am writing this review as I feel Dunn Roofing did not treat my property with respect after working on a neighbor’s roof.

TLDR: Nails, a box cutting blade, sharp gutter clippings, and roofing materials all left where my child regularly plays and calls her garden. Dunn killed grass in parts of my lawn and blew roofing debris into my air conditioner. Neither the sales or service team cared to resolve the issues, passing it off as someone else’s problem (mine in the end).

Dunn Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof at my daycare center. Parker Dunn and Andrew Dunn are very knowledge and are available to answer any questions. The job was done as scheduled and finished timely. The roof looks perfect! I highly recommend Dunn Roofing to everyone!

They worked with my insurance adjuster to arrange a new roof. Once there was an approved amount, they brought by the insurance summary sheet and had me sign something that said I'd do the work with them. The gentleman was going on vacationn the following week but said the Monday after (memorial day), he would drop off shingle samples, not sure why this was necessary because I pointed to my neighbors roof that was just done and told him to make it look like that one.
