I live in Michigan and ordered flowers for a friend in Louisville. Often when I choose an arrangement online, I am disappointed when I see a picture later. Not this time! I am blown away by what I received for my money. The vase I ordered was out of stock, I received a phone call telling me this and offering an alternative. I asked if it was more expensive and she said “it is, but I treat my customers the way I would like to be treated as a customer.” I have a new go to florist in Louisville!
