I actually want to say thank you not only to brandy bust Jessica as well cause I should have lost my car cause I couldn’t afford my payments due to medical injuries at work and being in the hospital for over a month and losing my job but when I went to turn my car in they wasn’t gonna allow me to turn it in without helping me fight for my car no threats at all on repossession but only help to maintain my ownership I really wanna give these 2 ladies a big shoutout thank you 2 you’re the best
Our account rep Fallon is the absolute best. She goes out of her way to make sure that our needs and concerns were met and taken care of. They say lending companies are ruthless and heartless well that is not the experience we have had with Dixie finance and Fallon. Autumn is amazing!!! She is very understanding and relatable. As a young person and this being my first car I’ve ever leased she was there to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the industry. If I was to lease another care she would be the only reason.
