I had an inspection yesterday and received good news. We had a small area that had flying ants but no areas with evidence of termites. He did not attempt to sell a termite or any other service. He onlyrecommended that we get an inspection every 2 years unless we saw something that needed attention.

Highly dissatisfied with the customer service if this business!\nWe scheduled a service and given the time window of when they would show up, due to all of us still working and can’t take a whole day off to wait for 1 hour. Asked for a notice they were on their way so we could meet them like any other company would do. They ended up showing up at no notice and we were unable to meet due to lack of notification, they could not wait which is understanding, but the worse past was when the scheduler called us immediately after the phone call she was extremely rude!\nWe discussed with the same person when scheduling we would need a notice and when she called after we couldn’t be there due to lack of notice, her response was, you can pay over the phone now and we can do the service and if not then we will NOT come back. In a rude manor! Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service!

A termite infested tree caused me such anxiety. I was sure the tree removal would lead to my home being infested. Larry came out and checked things out. Said my home was fine and to check with an arborist regarding the tree. He went down in the basement to double check and things were fine.He was prompt, professional and most importantly, completely honest. I'm so grateful for Dial Ones Integrity.

I was worried that I had termites so I called a few places for quotes and others gave me quotes without even coming to my house. Dial one came out and determined that we just had flying ants and didn’t need treatment after all. They were straight forward and didn’t try to up sell me. They didn’t even charge for the inspection! Would definitely recommend and will call them if I need pest control in the future.

For anyone who is concerned about pest control issues and wants to deal with someone who is honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend dial one real estate pest control. I appreciated the experience I had with David Wheeler when he came to look at my house for potential pest problems. I am someone who does not know a lot about this type of problem and he explained things clearly and conveyed a lot of professionalism and integrity. Because of this great experience this company will now be the one I call for any future pest control concerns and I will be recommending him and this company highly when anyone I know has any potential issues in this area.
