Jerry Arterburn showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of my home and garage (inside & out) to make sure that we did not have any termites. The check was clean! During his inspection in the basement, he checked my crawlspace and noticed a gas smell. He strongly recommended I contact LG&E to have it checked out. Jerry was correct! LG&E found a leak in the gas line pipe under the floor leading to my ground level fireplace. LG&E capped the line since we don't use the fireplace. I am so glad I was recommended Dial One - the inspection was done well and the tech (Jerry) was very professional and helpful, I appreciate honesty and true service. As an example my neighbor had a large commercial inspection company come and they drew up a 15,000 dollar quote for pest control. That is why I prefer a local provider.

I normally don't put reviews but anyways. I want everyone and this company know that, the young man. Who came out to my place name Trevor was the most understanding patient and kind man. Who needs to be recognize! I was going through something mental with my niece, who I am rasing teenager that is. Anyways I was so stressed and angry with her.
