Every person I encountered at the Springhurst location was amazing. Dr. Brown did the procedure and it was very smooth and I knew what to expect the entire time. He and Megan were the best team!“

“Dr. Waldman is an excellent doctor. He's friendly and approachable. You always feel like he cares about you as a person not just a patient. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The wait times are almost always short. Getting an appointment is easy without having to wait weeks to get in. I go to the Broadway office. It's easy to get to and they have a parking lot so you don't have to park in the street.“

“First of all, the doctors and medical staff are great. Shout out to Dr. Knable especially. The admin staff are friendly and helpful, if not a little overwhelmed, due to the high volume of clients. I had a scheduling issue last week, followed by not having the best exchange with a front desk receptionist. I left a clear and direct, but not mean, message for management and assumed that was the best I would get. To my surprise, they got back to me with an appointment time later that day, which was fantastic. I get that things happen, and I was happy with how it was handled. But then, a couple of hours later, the receptionist called me, apologized for her response, and explained where things went a little sideways. In a world where customer service seems like a lost skill most of the time, I was blown away by the sincere and quick response addressing my concerns, which weren't a huge deal to begin with. I thought it was a memorable and RARE response and wanted to share it.“
