Reached out to Mr. Brown about doing a plumbing job at my house and received the response that "he didn't unclog drains". That was the reply I received when I told him what was going on. We ended up going with someone else and having to have a pipe replaced in our front yard. If he would've bothered to ask anymore questions he might have decided the job was worth it but if this is the kind of response I got to an issue I probably lucked out by going with someone else anyway.
