VERY happy with Cover Care Pros - a huge tree limb fell across my pool cover even before I got to open the pool this year and made a 5-6' tear, which meant the cover had to be replaced. Called Dan Irwin, our local rep and he came out right away, looked at it, gave me the unfortunate bad news, but I got to change my cover color to the light blue which makes it look like pool water year round - one advantage to the mishap. They ordered the cover and it was installed in less than two weeks and we were swimming!
Excellent, very professional very nice end result. I have had two other pool companies that could not fix my problem and this company knew what they were doing. I will recommend them to my friends and they will be my first call if i ever need pool cover work done again.
