We had a great experience with Mark Clore & his great crew last summer. The communication is second to none. Have you ever met someone that talks a good talk & seems to be a great people-person only for it to go south once the project is underway? Yes, us too! I expressed concerns about him being the front man but then others within the company not being on the same page with specifics that are discussed with clients. He assured me there would be A to Z communication & that he would visit the work site frequently. And to our delight, he did! We love our new outdoor space. Mark has a knack for bringing ideas to life on paper for the client to visualize possibilities & then bringing them to reality! We've dealt with many (did I say many?) contractors remodeling since 2005 & this was our most enjoyable project yet. We will use this company again. First class.
We used Mark Clore for 4 reno projects. Complete kitchen, master bedroom and 2 bathrooms, walk out basement and then pool decking and fencing. Clore gets a 10!
