He rescheduled to come over in 15 minutes when he realized that our hot water heater wasn't able to be turned on. After inspection he found out that it was a masonry blockage and he was unable to clean it so he cleaned up and left us free of charge with the inspection.Service: Chimney flue cleaning

We were very pleased with the two guys that came out today. They were very nice and respectful. I was able to see all of the build-up that they were cleaning out of our wood burning stove insert pipe in the chimney. 5 stars for being prompt in getting us scheduled in, giving me a 20 minute call ahead, explaining what they were doing, didn't mind curious customers watching them work, and taking precautions not to damage our floor or insert as well as cleaning up afterwards. I'd highly recommend them!

Had a great experience using Chimney master. They arrived for the estimate on time, quickly diagnosed my issues, and were reasonably priced. The added me to the calendar, arrived on the day on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and I paid less than I was quoted. Highly recommend!
