Great experience. Initial consultation/assessment was thorough, we didn't feel like we were being 'sold' like a lot of other companies. Sump pump installation was scheduled and communication with team went great. Crew arrived ahead of schedule. Polene and his crew were excellent - efficient, professional, clean. They were thoughtful with how they laid discharge line outside- great appearance and aligned very well with grade of our yard. Highly recommend Polene and Champion.

After completing the job, they walked me through everything they had done and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Overall, I had a great experience with Champion and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing.
