Isaiah from Case Foundations inspected our home and crawlspace, and I can’t express enough positive things about our experience. After a thorough inspection, he assured me that there were no foundation issues. Instead, he explained it was normal expansion and contraction due to weather changes, along with interior flooring issues, so no foundation repairs were necessary.
In contrast, two other companies that performed inspections with estimates ranging from $4,000 to $16,000. Saying piers and encapsulation were needed. Hearing Isaiah’s straightforward and honest evaluation was a significant relief.
I have been a customer of Case for over 30 years. The first work they did for me was to install piers under my house. The quote they have me for this project was more reasonable than the other quotes and Mr.Case himself thoroughly explained the process and what the problem was. It was a major project which included totally digging up my landscaping all around the house. They complete the project in a very reasonable time and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards. Buddy came out to my house today to determine if I had foundation issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was looking for throughout the entire house inside and outside. Fortunately, no issues were found. I'll definitely recommend Case Foundation Systems to folks. Carrie
