Case Foundation Specialist are the best company and the nicest group of individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. From Paul Franklin who spent 2 hours with me on the initial visit to Curtis and the crew who performed the actual work… Paul listened to my problem of getting water in the basement to outside drainage issues. He took notes and checked out things both inside and out. He measured and thoroughly explained every detail of what they could do to address my problems. When he left I had a reasonable estimate in hand and within 2 hours a call from Emily with a date for the work to be done. Even the owner of the company called when we had to reschedule due to an unusually wet spring. On the day the work was performed Curtis and his crew arrived on time and began to work immediately. The crew worked diligently all day and I have never had a neater job done on anything. They cleaned up everything and even salvaged my sod. I also had a sump pump installed in the same day as the outside drainage work. I am very glad I went with Case Foundation Specislist. They have been in business a long time which speaks volumes. I would highly recommend them for piece of mind and reliable hard working people.
I just want to publicly thank Jim Nett. We had two other very well known foundation companies come out and evaluate a foundation crack. Both companies concluded that the rear corner of the house was settling and that we needed to install steel piers. One company said we needed 6 piers, the other said 4, so we decided to get a 3rd opinion. Jim Nett from Case foundation came out. At the time I was out of town so Jim was only able to view the exterior of the house. Jim called me and said he didn't feel the house was settling, but he needed to view the interior before he was a 100% certain. Jim drove back out from E-town, on his day off, just to confirm nothing was needed. We hired a structural and he agreed that piers were not necessary. Jim did all of this just to not make a sell. I whole heartily recommend Case Foundation because they are a company with integrity. THANK YOU so much Jim, you saved us $7,000!!!
Hands down the best foundation repair and waterproofing company in the business. Born and raised in Louisville since 1944, a true local company that has a lot of Veterans working for them!
