Isaiah from Case Foundations inspected our home and crawlspace, and I can’t express enough positive things about our experience. After a thorough inspection, he assured me that there were no foundation issues. Instead, he explained it was normal expansion and contraction due to weather changes, along with interior flooring issues, so no foundation repairs were necessary.
In contrast, two other companies that performed inspections with estimates ranging from $4,000 to $16,000. Saying piers and encapsulation were needed. Hearing Isaiah’s straightforward and honest evaluation was a significant relief.
