just dropped in on my way across the country and the class was great! gym was very welcoming & the coach, bill was great! loved the workout and coaching too!def drop in if you’re in the area!
Best Crossfit Box in town. Exceptionally clean and well ventilated. The equipment is in great shape and updated often. However the staff and the community is what sets this gym apart from any other place.
Outstanding place to drop into. The facility was clean, staff greeted me right away at the door, members said hi and asked where I was from. Coaching was great as well (not just supervisors like many Crossfit coaches are nowadays).
